Mobile network failed

Hello, after i have updated my iphone 12 promax until the latest version 14.7.1 i have lost my mobile network, not able to recieve calls and messages, have tried everything i knew with changing sim card and restarting the phone, reset network settings- didn’t work

what should i do?
