It shows that apple has refunded my money, but my money hasn’t appeared in my credit app. Why?

There’s an app that charged me unauthorised for renewal subscription that i didn’t mean to subscribe to. And my credit from DANA app got charged $36.07 . What’s worse that the money is part of donation for my sick cat. I was so devastated by that. I filed a report and it says that my money has refunded but when i checked the DANA app, i still haven’t got my money back. Please fix the issue…
