The language comes in Arabic language when i try to respond to an email.

It happened just an hour ago and I do not know why it switched from English to another unknown language. It looks Arabic alphabet. Please help. I have lots to write

Go to System Preferences->Keyboard->Input Sources select the Arabic keyboard and press - to remove from the list of keyboards in use. Also check the box at the bottom to show input sources in the menu bar, just in case you need to quickly change to a different keyboard layout.
