in screen recording if we long pressed its showing photos, zoom, telegram etc and if select zoom, it showing start broadcast and not start recording . what is difference between these two?

if i am not sign in zoom app is it possible to share screen to zoom people.
and if the host blocked share screening in that program if i do start broadcast anything will happen?
