My front camera (the one with the screen) and my back one but not so bad, has like some condensation and water in it, I dropped it in the lake for like 1 minute like at 6 ft, like 3 days ago and it’s still there, I have tried putting it in rice, is there anything else I can do or how to get it fixed? (What would the cost be?)

Water got in your phone. iPhone is not waterproof. It is water resistant, but that is not a guarantee that if dropped in water, water can't get in. 1 minute is enough to destroy a phone, which usually happens over time. You can't do anything if your phone is water damaged. And your iPhone warranty doesn't cover liquid damage.
