Deleted settings app - need to get back without complete reset of phone?

I deleted my settings app. I know I can still get to it. My question is there a way to get it back to my main screen without doing a complete home reset?

You should not have been able to delete the Settings app. Look for it in a folder or another page on your iPhone:

or in your App Library:

As you already know, the Settings app cannot be deleted. It still exists on your iPhone. It is in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Find the Settings app in the App Library and then Touch, Hold and Drag it form there and on to the your favorite part of the Home Screen.
