Coffee spill iPad Magic Keyboard

I spilled coffee on my ipad air magic keyboard and it is no longer working, will not charge ipad through port either. Is there a safe way to clean it?

Magic Keyboard will not connect. I accidentally spilled quite a bit of water, into the charging port. It will not connect to my iPad Pro that I have to use for school. What can I do to potentially fix this?

I would recommend contacting apple for support to schedule an appointment with your local ARS or AASP.
