It appears that you're having a problem locating the Disney+ app in the App Store, and we're glad to provide assistance.

Disney+ on the App Store -- We've changed the link for this to use the Canadian App Store. It's available for an iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. If you're using a different device than these, it won't show up.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support -- Make sure that you've changed the country or region of your Apple ID to Canada. This article provides the information and steps you need.

Also, make sure that you've changed the region of the device you're using as well:

Change the language on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Change the language or region format on Apple TV - Apple Support

Which device are you using, and which operating system is it currently on?

Are you able to locate the app by searching for "disney"?
