I am currently using IPhone 6 in which many people also get updates of iOS 14
Why am I not able to get??????
no one with an iPhone 6 gets a update to iOS 14. They must have an iPhone 6s if they are able to update

Do you have a newer iPad? I got the same invitation back in early June, and it talked about iOS 15 & iPad OS 15..
But what about the mail I received today from Apple of getting iOS 15 beta trial which I downloaded profile but not getting updates
