Can't sign in to App Store

Hi, Media & Purchases greyed out on MacBook Pro despite signed in with Apple ID. App Store login also says this Apple ID cannot be used for App Store now, try again later. tried all suggestions but can't access media & purchase is totally greyed out, kindly help

App Store problems! ive recently gotten my MacBook brand new and after setting up my apple idea and adding my payment details and anything else I could possibly think of that the internet told me to do I still cannot log in on the App Store. I go to the sign in area, sign in and then it tells me "this Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store" then the only option I have it to click review and it just takes me right back to putting my Apple ID in again and repeating the whole process. its frustrating because ive had my MacBook for 3 months now and im unable to update anything or access anything I want to get from the store. please help .

''This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store'' loop - Macbook Air M1 When I try to sign in to an Apple Store (the first time) on my new Macbook Air M1 (up to date, macOS Big Sur Version 11.5.1), I get this pop-up, and then when I try to review my information so I can continue with the process normally, the only thing I get is sign-in window again which just continues in a loop. I already updated all my credit card/billing/shipping info on the Apple ID page and I have no way to enter Media and Purchases (some solutions on the internet were connected to it, as far I can see). Any help is greatly appreciated, it is really frustrating not being able to buy and download apps from the store.

Screen time was on so I turn it off and I was able to sign in, thanks

Thanks for the response. screen time was on but Media and purchases was disabled
