The top half of my screen isn’t working on my iPhone X and I’ve tried everything to fix it like restarting my phone, taking the screen protector off, and cleaning my screen but nothing is working. My phone screen isn’t cracked either. What do I do?

In such a situation, seeing also the troubleshooting steps you already performed to no avail, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
