Hello everyone, I have this weird problem with my external Apple keyboard - letters like qwert and keys such as shift and tab randomly stopped working this morning, they were working perfectly working yesterday.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 11.1

Then since this only happens on External KB - two things. Test on another Apple Computer ( External KB ) and if same issue - time for repairs or replacement.

How is the keyboard attached ?? Is the KB bluetooth ?? Does it need recharging ?? Does it work with batteries ?? Battery replacement for older versions of Apple KB.

It's wired, those letters are working on my MacBooks normal keyboard but it doesn't on external one.
