If you were using iCloud Photos, sign into your Apple ID on your new phone and make sure iCloud Photos is activated on it.

If you were not, you can see if you had synced them to a computer,

Sync your photos manually using the Finder - Apple Support

or you can restore your phone from a backup of the other phone. That will, of course, replace everything on the new phone with what was on the old one so you my be in a quandary over this.
