What is the BenQ model number?

Exactly how is the BenQ connected to the Mac Mini?

If the BenQ's USB hub is not working, you can use a USB-A 3.0 Hub plugged into one of the Mac Mini's USB-A ports.

Then you can plug your Keyboard, Mouse and External Drive into that Hub instead of the BenQ.
