To whomever this may concern,
My iPhone X has dropped and the screen went black. When I went to fix it, it opened to say that the phone was disabled yet we weren’t able to connect it to iTunes. Is there anyway someone from the team can help me unlock my phone with keeping all my information and pictures and data?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
your data is gone though unless you have a backup you can restore.
