iPhone 11 locked in zoom

my iPhone 11 is locked in zoom. I cant turn it off or go into settings. I also cant connect to my computer because i dont have the right cord. i have literally no way to fix this. lost cause.

Double tap screen with three fingers

or if that fails

press and quickly release volume up button

press and quickly release volume down button

Press side button and hold til apple appears then let go
