Battery max. capacity
I purchased my iPhone 11 in Dec 2019. The battery maximum capacity is at 88% now. Is that normal or should the battery be replaced?

That is normal. Battery Health varies with usage. You need not worryuntil it reaches 80%, at which time you will need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a battery replacement.
