Messages will not download on my iPad for two days

Hi,

Pls check whether Messages app is the most updated version by trying these steps:

1. Go to App Store app and tap on your profile photo.
2. Scroll down and you will see each app with an Update button on the right.
3. See if you can find Messages app within them, if yes, tap on the Update button.
4. Then open your Messages app and check if the issue has been resolved.

Contact your Carrier, as they provide the service of Messaging.

Previously, you said you contacted your carrier Telstra with no success so can you pls try to contact them again?
