my iphone7 sim card tray opening/space is bigger than the opening in the iphone 11 tray and the card does not fit into the tray. Anyone met with this problem?
The SIM card trays are different between the iPhone 7 and iPhone 11, but the SIM cards themselves are compatible. You must remove the SIM card from the 7 tray and put it in the 11 tray.
