Find my Bike - Stuck in the process: not connected to iCloud Apple ID
I bought the Van Moof, which has "Find my Object" service.
Problem
When I wanted to connect it, I stopped the process half way, now it doesn't show up anywhere and I cannot reset. When I ride the bike it says "An object Van Moof S3 is following you". But this is my won bike.
I cannot disconnect the bike from Findmy, since it is not connected to anyones Apple account
Steps that caused the problem:
- Put the Van Moof bike in "find my" setup mode
- Opened Find my-app and choose "Add new Object"
- Find my app found the bike, connected
- Find my-app wanted me to login to an Apple Cloud ID account
- I quit the setup process.
I have resetted the bike, but the Find my-app and the bike are not connecting.....
I have switched Find my functionality on my Phone of, and tried the process. Also the app can not find the bike.
It feels I am stuc in between two world: can anyone help?!?
