Unable to Update Apps or Download new ones

It’s over a month now that I was unable to update my apps like whatsapp and also can not download any apps again. The App Store will open when I click download or update it would continue rolling but won’t download or update anything. It would also not tell me anything even if it would take 2 days.

Have you changed Country / Region recently? If so please revert back.

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one. If you already verified that a payment method is available in your country or region and you're still having trouble, learn more.
