That is the whole idea. It is supposed to be difficult to get access if you don't know the password. If it was easy the purpose of passwords would be useless.
Use passwords you can easily remember.
Or write them down and keep them safe somewhere in your house/ office wherever.
Or use the Keychain Utility app in your Applications > Utilities folder.
Enter the site you need the password for in the Search field.
Double-click on it from the list.
Check the box Show password.
In the next box enter your administrator password press OK
the password for that site will be shown.

Gaining access to a site can be difficult if you forget a password and you are locked out.
Most websites that require a password have a facility for dealing with a forgotten password - usually you click a link and they then send a new password to the email address you have registered with them.
You also have a few options to try to make it easier. One of them is to use a 3rd-party password manager, like 1Password. You would use it to enter your passwords for you so you don't need to memorize them. It uses a single master password and that is the only one you really need to remember.
Because that's how password based security works... If it were easy, it wouldn't be worth squat as nearly anyone would be able to gain access to your account.
