How do I turn OFF family sharing so that I can manage my iTunes account?

I visited family recently and my sister added me to their family sharing setup, but now I'm back at home and my iTunes account won't let me purchase anything without my sister's code for her payment method. I don't want to charge stuff to her account! How can I disconnect from family sharing so that I have control over my own iTunes account again?
