How to STOP call forwarding when in Silent Mode (it call my home phone)

You either have call forwarding turned on or you don't. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and turn off if you don't want calls forwarded.

If it is turned off already, you likely have Calls on other devices turned on. Turn that off there as well.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
