Accessory status is not showing up in Home Status even though it is enabled.

I recently bought a Vocilinc VO1 door sensor. When I 1st added it to homekit it worked perfectly. It still works but the Status no longer shows up on the "Home" front screen. The status is shown properly on the Room Screen that it is in. Any ideas other than delete and re-add or reboot the Mac. The Hub is a Homepod.

HomePods Stuck Configuring after 16.2 and move to new HomeKit framework Yesterday I updated all my devices to the latest IOS and macOS. They all updated (iPads, Apple TVs, iPhones, Macs, HomePods - minis, and OG). I then migrated to the new HomeKit framework. It seemed to work, but all my HomePods said "Configuring" for hours in the Home app. I left it overnight, only to find them in the same state this morning. This morning, I tried powering them off and on, and it didn't fix anything. I removed all the HomePods from my home and my iCloud account. I then reset and re-setup both an OG HomePod and a mini. Both remained stuck in "configuring status" for over an hour. Following some internet advice, I re-removed both from my iCloud and reset them. To reduce the problem's complexity, I unplugged all the HomePods except one mini. I restored it using my Mac to a clean new copy of 16.2. I set that one up. Now over an hour later, it's still "configuring." What next? I guess I could remove and reset all my Apple TVs too? I don't want to delete the home as that would be a huge undertaking on a WAG to re-establish. I'll do it if it's the only option, but I'm hoping another option exists. Is anyone else having a similar issue? Any ideas? I'll probably call Apple Support this evening when I have more time, but I suspect they will tell me to delete the home, which will be a bear.

"Home hub not connected" HomeKit error The Home app now persistently states that the home hub is not connected, with the usual issues for automations. This has been an issue for the last 48 hours or so - not connected to any obvious software update. I have three home hubs - Apple TV 4K and two HomePods. I have: followed all of the instructions on Apple's page on troubleshooting this issue rebooted all of them signed out of iCloud and back in again on all of them checked that the software is updated on all of them rebooted my router. And it still doesn't work. All three are listed as "standby" in the Home app (on iPhone and iPad. I've rebooted both of those as well, and checked that the OS is up to date). I have also disabled the AppleTV as a hub, at which point it shows as such in the Home app, but the HomePods don't pick up as the hub even after power-cycling them. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this, as it is more than somewhat annoying? [Topic listed as AppleTV because Apple doesn't have a 'Home' topic. No idea if it is the TV or the HomePods or something else.]

Sorry, I gave you instructions for iOS/iPadOS. I see now that you're using a Mac.

Anyway, have you tried to simply remove it from Favorites and re-add it. Does it show, then?

Hmm, I'm running out of ideas.

I'd try to change the room where your door sensor belongs. Just to see if it's kept on the favorites Home screen.

This happens on both IOS and Mac OS and yes. When I toggle "show in Favorite" there is no effect. Also "remove accessory" then adding back in brings it back for a few hours then gone again from the "Home" page.

Try to long-tap on the sensor icon, choose the bottom-right preferences icon (a gear is depicted) and check if Include in Favorites is active.
