Weight Lifting

I strength training 3x’s a week. But when I use the Traditional Strength Training workout option on my watch, I don’t get the same data as when I use the Functional Strength Training workout. Why?

Other strength training people, what do you use?

Because those 2 workout types uses a different algorithm to work out the calories burnt etc for each they are 2 diffent types of exercises,one burns more calories than the other.
