iPhone 11 Receiver Volume too soft

Hi, My iPhone 11 Receiver volume is too soft to hear in noisy background. It has reduced to 20-30% of original. I have tried standard troubleshooting steps but these are not helpful. Seems the receiver is faulty.

This is is not the first I have experienced this issue. In first year of usage I witnessed this issue and Apple replaced the phone since it was in warranty. Within 3 months again I got this issue back in the replaced unit which was almost new. Since it was out of warranty but happened in 13th month of warranty, Apple was kind enough to replace the receiver along with front screen. I did ask the cause of the problem from support team but they did not offer any explanation nor they followed up, very poor. Now the problem has reoccurred after 10 months.

Anyone can guide me who is the right team to help me? Apple Support always recommended change of receiver along with front screen and that cost alot and on top of that they do not give any explanation. Tired of this problem, suggestions are welcome. Please suggest me escalation matrix. I won’t mind sending message to Tim if thats the only choice.

PS: I discussed with an online support team, they asked me to visit Apple Service Station.
