I’m living in Turkey and planning to buy iphone 12 pro from USA, do you know if I can get warranty rights such as technical support in Turkey?
As Lyssa has already stated, there is no Apple International warranty with their iPhones. If you do need support, for example any potential repairs, you would have to send the phone to someone you know in the U.S. They, in turn, could take it in for the repair. Once completed, they would have to ship it back to you. Apple will not cover any shipping expenses. All of this pretty much makes buying an iPhone, that will be used in another country, not very doable or cost effective.
