Missing Health Records Option

I don’t see a health records option under features in the apple health app. i only see health checklist under features. Anyone else have this issue?

Health records not reflecting in Apple health I was trying to setup Heath records on my iPhone with the latest os. Although for some reason, even after following the complete step by step guide provided on Apple support to setup health records for vaccinations and blood reports, I am unable to find the health records option to start with . I have tried rebooting the device multiple times, cleared cache and restarted health app although the summary not the browse page has the ‘health records’ option. would be great if someone could help out!

Health data disappeared with update The front page of health data that was available when first opening health data prior to upgrade has disappeared. It took a lot of time to set that up. Where is it now please.

Note the footnote in the article linked above:

”Health records are available in Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States only.”

I am in the United States, so I don't think that's the issue.
