I hit "redo" in error when writing an email. Is there any way to recover the email?

No. In the future when composing a long email save it occasionally in the Drafts. That will prevent this type of error. Or if you're trying too redo the last bit of typing try the key combination of ⌘+Delete. However, it also can't be undone. Do some testing on a test email to see how it works.
Well Toady, your words were not exactly what I wanted to hear but
many thank you's for letting me know the way of the "Redo". I never
use it but I did a quick draw click that was supposed to be "Undo".......

I meant to say ⌘+Z which is undo for the last operation. Do some typing and and then ⌘+Z to see how much is removed. It works in all apps.
