Controlling remotely to block my emails and iPhone calls

I’m still having a problem with the same individuals using a device remotely to block my emails and phone calls I was just on the phone talking with the Apple technician and the individuals blocked a phone call. This has been ongoing problem for several months and if the individuals or ever located I would like to press full charges
