My faceid has been disabled since I did the 14.7 update on Thursday. I have rest my phone back upped the phone and restored to factory settings. the truedepth camera remains disabled and I cannot access facial recognition. I have spoken with 2 techs and have gotten no where

Also are you using a screen protector? You may need a new one if so. Just a small thing that may have an affect. You may have to take it in to Apple and you may go to upper right and click on Get Support for assistance there. Good luck.
