Is your Samsung TV AirPlay compatible? If it is then setup AirPlay on your Samsung TV from its settings. Consult the owner’s manual. If it is not AirPlay compatible then you will not be able to mirror the iPad’s screen on that TV. If your Samsung TV is not AirPlay compatible then you may still be able to cast video content from other apps such as YouTube etc. Those apps use google Chromecast. Consult the manual of your TV.
