iPhone displays, iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes.


I have not entered the wrong password.


What do I need to do?

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

It doesn't matter, at this point, whether you entered the right or wrong passcode. Your iPhone has been disabled and the only option that you have is to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
