Recommend this to Apple:
I do in see the this in the App Store, myself. So, recommend to Apple that they add it.

What?
It's up to the app developer to submit the app to the App Store,
Apple cannot add if it is not developed and submitted to the App Store for review.
OP is better of writing to the app developer than wasting time sending a feedback to which Apple has nothing to do with.
If you can't find use Search then
it is either not available or not supported on a 64-Bit iPhone.
Then you should ask the game developer on their website whether iOS is supported.
So it means that I can’t download it unless I use iPhone .
I’m using 12 pro max . When I search ( gangster rio ) , it doesn’t give some result . For android , it has available for this game .

Hard to understand you if you leave out details.
Which App Store? App Store for your macOS or iOS/iPadOS?
If it's iOS/iPadOS game then yes you need either an iPhone or an iPad or an iPod Touch.

Do your Part: Being not part of the App Store Library, as of this post, recommend to Apple that they add this to their options of games. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what to consider adding to the App Store Library.

Autocorrect Typo:
I do not see this in the App Store, myself.
If Apple decides the blow off the recommendation, then that's their decision.
