If you don't know the Apple ID and Apple ID password used to lock this phone, you CANNOT remove Activation Lock. If you don't know the person who locked the phone, you bought a useless phone which you'll never be able to use. Apple will NOT help you. We CANNOT help you. Only the original owner who locked the phone can help you.
