Never made a purchase with iTunes refund please

Hello I am having an issue with Apple iTunes I received a receipt for August 1 for the amount of $5.32 I never made no such purchase with iTunes I would like to know what is going on with my account and I would like a refund immediately and also I’m most likely going to be taking my credit card off file please contact me as soon as possible thank you
