Start here:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

Then read this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update

If the issue persists, try to update it using a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).

If you still get no help, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support
