Phone screen is damaged
Hi, I dropped my phone and the screen is damaged and now it won’t let me put in my unlock code…to unlock the phone.
is there any way to unlock the phone without putting the code in…

Screen damage if determined by Apple to be accidental is not covered by the regular warranty. If you have Applecare Plus you get two accidental damages/incidents for the life of the warranty at reduced cost.

Question…is there any way Apple can access Bluetooth on my phone remotely?
if it could be turned on, I could get all my contacts off the phone that were not saved to the cloud…
Again no. Bluetooth would have to be turned on using Settings once you had unlocked the phone with the passcode you cannot now enter. Anything that is not in iCloud of backed up cannot be accessed.
