My iPhone 12 is going straight to vm and Do Not Disturb is turned off. I contacted Verizon and reset the network and it worked for awhile but isn't working again. Very frustrating.

Is this all calls, or just ones from people not in your Contact list? Have you checked Call Forwarding? Otherwise, you will need to work with Verizon on the issue.

I contacted Verizon and am getting a new SIM card.
