Battery health is 100% but I don't understand the problem of running out of charge in 3-4 hours

Go to Settings>Battery> and check to see what app or apps are using the highest amount of battery. That would explain where the battery charge is going. Battery health is about the condition of the battery, not how it is being used. If you have charged to 100% battery, then it is running out in 3-4 hours, you have to be using something to do that.
