Is it possible to change from your Apple ID to your email?

I am not clear as to what you are asking. To keep on using an app, use the same account. If you need to change the email address, change it on the account you are currently using. Do not create a new account in order to use a new email address.

- You may wish to disable Settings > Find My before changing your information, change the information, then reactivate it with the new information.

If you are using Sign in with your Apple ID, you can't change from the Apple ID to another email address and keep, the same account.
