how to delete microsoft icon?

Please read Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question and then repost. At an absolute bare minimum where on the Mac is the icon displayed (your Dock, the desktop, applications folder etc.....) and also what version of Mac OS is installed. If you do not know, please look About this Mac which you can find by clicking the Apple symbol in the upper left of the display.

Also, it would be useful what this Microsoft icon is for. Microsoft is a company and makes a ton of apps. Its hard to provide guidance if you don’t say what this is about exactly.
