Payment method

For some reason i cant use my papal account as a payment method anymore, this happened after i made a refund because i got charged by mistake, so i contact pypal and they contact apple and i got my refund, what can i do to solve this?

Normally you ask for a refund as outline in: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


It may be that because you went through Paypal that your payment method was flagged by Apple and you need to contact them about reinstating it.


try this:

1. Click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services

2. Select your country

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
