Hello all! Please help.
I have selected all my clips to be used and right clicked for "new multicam clip" but after the sync, only 1 out of 51 clips i've chosen shows up in the multicam.
I have used multicam plenty of times in the past and this is the first time i have encountered this problem. Can anyone please help??

Each of the clips like MVI_0162 needs an angle number assigned to it.
When you make the multicam I think ordering and sync should be set to automatic. I'm not sure how content created would work in this situation when you really want to sync based on the audio track.
At the bottom change Basic to General.
Double click the multicam clip in the browser to open the Angle Editor. What do you see? Post screenshots.
i hope i'm explaining this correctly. this is for a music video.
i created keywords within my project and under the "PERFORMANCE" keyword i have 51 clips including the song for synchronization. after choosing all 51 clips ( command +a ) i right clicked and chose " new mutlicam clip ". than assigned the video roles before proceeding to create the multicam. after FCPX synced the clips with the audio, only one of the clips shows up. When i drag the multicam file onto the timeline, still only one of the file shows up in the multicam.
apologies if i was repeating just wanted to make sure I explained myself as best as could.

I have attached screenshots of what I am doing. the first is showing the clips I have selected and how I have my keywords setup. the second shows what I meant by "assigning roles" and the third shows how out of 16 clips only 1 shows up in the parent clip after sync
not all are suppose to but there are points in my editing where there are more than one clip for one section of song to give me different angles at that part. this is the first time Multicam has acted up like this on me. also I'm noticing that the audio does not show up except for in that one spot where the one clip displays in the parent. usually the audio in the parent will play all the way through but this time its only at that one point of the clip. and yes I used auto for ordering and syncing.
(basically in the parent clip i can only see one of the the children clips)

I do not have that option. I just tried to give them all a "cam name" and re tried the Multicam but I still get the same problem I'm explaining
thank you. I went through and numbered them 1-16 under camera angles and re attempted creating a new Multicam. it still only shows one child clip in the parent
All the other clips are supposed to match up with that one section of sound on the track? And you used automatic fir ordering and syncing?
Are these 51 separate video clips?
I am a bit confused by your process. You "assigned the video roles before proceeding to create the multicam," surely not 51 separate video roles? Did you assign the angle numbers for each of the clips in the General or Extended Info inspector.
Can you show a screenshot of what you have selected in the browser when you create the multicam?
Are there supposed to be 51 angles? Make sure angle numbers are assigned to each of the clips before you create the multicam.
Select the clip in the browser and in the Info inspector set the display to either General or Extended. In the list you'll see a place for Camera Angle. Enter a different number for each clip.
