Can’t hear the ring sound but it only vibrates.

Go Here: If you Hear No Sound or Distorted Sound from your iPhone. Seems, the most obvious solution is enabling the Ring/Silent switch.
What to Try:
- Check: your sound settings
- Check: sound with an app
- Plug: headphones into your device
- Turn off: Bluetooth
- Restart: your device
