Bright spot on iPad Pro Screen

I have a bright spot a few inches above the home button in my IPad Pro 10.5. I’ve seen this has been reported as a problem for sometime, has Apple done any type of recall on this defect?

I haven't heard of any recall on this. However, you could always take the iPad to an Apple Store and have them take a look at it and they could give you options on what you can do to get this corrected.
