Apple music not working offline

im much much impressed by the audio quality of apple music and now recently i ve noticed my apple music get stuck at 15 or 20 sec if im playing offline though it was downloaded. this issue has been rectified with chat support but still the same thing is happening again.

help me

Update to iOS 14.7.1, it fixes.

For me it didn’t change a thing my music still stop at 15 seconds
