My Apple watch

Dear all 

My Apple Watch in not working , we went to service center in Egypt (https://www.tradelinestores.com/) and told me the watch is malfunction and will be replaced however thy refused to replace it immediately and inform me that the replacement will take 8 weeks , which is not acceptable .

please support me to replace with new one ASAP
