I have reset the network, I have checked the cellular provider and nothing is working. It is as if my phone is working on airplane mode and won't come out of it. I cannot reset my phone because it wont connect to wifi or data. How am I supposed to fix my phone?

It appears that your iPhone XR isn't able to connect to Wi-Fi or cellular data, even after you have reset network settings. Are you seeing No Service or Searching?
